Hi there,
I am having the exact same issue. Since converting to the Aggregator my scheduled imports are not importing.
They import manually.
See the attached history – 2 hours ago BelcherCenter failed but when I ran it manually it worked.
I have shared my system information with support and attached system status.
Unfortunately, the other thread was set to private so I could not see the outcome.
Thanks
Tony

Reporting the same issue as: https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/events-aggregator-not-importing/April 24, 2017 at 9:59 am #1273508Geoff B.MemberGood evening Tony and welcome to the Events Calendar Support forum!
Thank you for reaching out to us.
We are sorry to hear about the imports failing on you. Yikes!
I would love to help you with this topic. The other issue you are referring to was caused by running out of allowed imports (over 100 a day).
There could be a few things at play here, so thank you for your patience as we troubleshoot to find out what is going on.
You mentioned that the scheduled import is not working. Is that true for all of them or does it initially work and then break at some point (i.e.: after the “Star family home” import in this case) ?
If you completely delete one of these scheduled imports and recreate it from scratch, does that work any better ?
Finally, in the setup process, were you asked to authorize the FB token (which needs to be re-authorized about every 2 months) ?
Hang in there!

Thanks for your patience.
The scheduled import does not work at all, it seems to break immediately.
In the history, you can see that it tried but they all have red exclamation
points. The “Star Family Home” import you mentioned was manually done by
pressing “Run Import” on the entry in Scheduled Imports.I have tried deleting and recreating, it did the initial import and I guess
I will have to wait 24 hours to see if it does it automatically.I do not recall the setup asking me to set up the FB token, but in me
trying to fix the issue I did see that it was not setup and I subsequently
create the token. The current token expires in one month. Thanks again for your help.

Thank you for writing back and going through these steps.
Hopefully, setting up the token will fix the issue.
Let me know if it does indeed kick in automatically.
Best regards,

It’s not a token issue as I had fixed that over a month ago and they were
still not importing. However the one entry I deleted and re-entered seems to be working.
So do I need to go and delete all my entries and re-enter them?
May 4, 2017 at 5:55 pm #1278920Geoff B.MemberGood evening Tony,
I am sorry to hear that the token update did not fix the issue.
So do I need to go and delete all my entries and re-enter them?
As much as possible, we do try to avoid our customers from having to process things manually.
With that in mind, I believe that there are a couple of other things that are worth trying out.
The most ideal situation would be to test these on a testing/staging copy of your site:- We have released a couple of upgrades that include enhancements and bugfixes to the Events Aggregator Service. I believe this might be worth a try.
- If you could try deleting one of the problematic automated imports and recreating it after the update, that would be awesome.
- A second thing that would be worth a try is a version of what you are suggesting: Deleting all events from a specific FB feed and running the import again (make sure you do a database backup before you do that).
If none of that works, I believe we should take a look at how CRON jobs are run on your sites.
I have seen instances of servers that had a cap on how many jobs are allowed to be executed per day.Let me know how that goes.
Best regards,
