Events Aggregator Import Issues from Facebook

Hello – I’ve been experiencing issues importing events from Facebook into my website for quite some time now. Can you please help me resolve this?

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Can you be more specific about the issue that you are experiencing when importing events from Facebook onto your site?  I’d love to do some testing on my end and would love to know exactly what to look out for!

In the meantime, can you look at your Event Aggregator System Status under Events Settings < Help, and see if there is anything unusual.  Can you also enable your Event Log (right above Event Aggregator System Status) if it is not already?
