ParticipantHello,
When creating or editing events, the calendar picker and other features like the “add another rule” button are not working. The javascript console shows the error in events-admin.js: TypeError: $(…).bumpdown is not a function. What can I do to fix this?Additionally the checkbox for automatically sharing my system info on the Help page of the plugin doesn’t work… nor does the copy to clipboard button.

ModeratorHi Rosemary!
I hope you’re having a great day. I attempted to reproduce the behavior and had my error console open to see if any issues came up, but everything worked properly for me. Can you please confirm you reviewed our Testing for conflicts guide? If not, please do so and reply back with your findings.
While you have the default WP theme and only our plugins active, try accessing your System Information again. It did come through when you created your post and from what I can tell, everything looks normal to me.
Keep me updated and have a great afternoon. Cheers!

ParticipantHi Hunter,
Thank you for the suggestion. The funny thing is that the site affected by this error is a test site and the live site, running the same setup and settings, is completely fine. I thought that there might be a quick fix but seeing as that isn’t the case, I have just decided to schedule cloning the live site to replace the test site. Problem solved… I hope. Thank you for your time. If the problem resurfaces I’ll reopen this thread.

ModeratorHey Rosemary,
Thank you for the update. I had a feeling your issues might be related to the difference in http and https. You might try a plugin such as SSL Insecure Content Fixer the next time you run into any similar issues to first see if there is a problem with your site setup.
We actually have a bug relative to ‘TypeError: $(…).bumpdown is not a function‘ which we’re investigating. I’ve added this forum thread to the ticket for the developers to review.
Thank you again for your patience and I’ll mark this thread as ‘Pending Fix’ until we come up with a patch. Please stay tuned to our Release Notes and the plugin changelogs for more information. Thanks again and let me know if you’ve got any additional questions or comments. Cheers!
