Eventbrite Tickets Not Working

I have installed Eventbrite Tickets plugin and I go to import and add the event url but nothing imports.
Can you please assist me with this.

Would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what you mean by “nothing imports” — do you see any error messages or anything?

Hi Cliff,

Thank you for the reply. We only have test one event on Eventbrite and to make sure it is not the link problem I am using another random link and at the end I don’t see any error at all.
