Eventbrite Tickets Not Displaying on Event Page

Hello,

I recently bought the Eventbrite Ticket Add on. I installed the plugin, added the license and API key and set up a first ticket for a test event. Events calendar sends the event to Eventbrite just fine, however it does not display the ticket information on the event page. I have clicked the box to display tickets on event page, however still nothing appears.

I have tried the troubleshooting methods to see if it is a theme or plugin conflict and it is not. The event in question that is not displaying is at: http://gameworks.wpengine.com/?tribe_events=test-event-4

Hi,

Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot them.

I took a look at your site and the screenshot and I noticed the Eventbrite Status is set to draft.

Can you verify it is a live event as draft events will not show tickets.

That worked! Didnt realize Event needed to be live for ticket display.
