Eventbrite tickets not appearing in events

I am having problems getting tickets to appear in events that have been imported into The Events Calendar using Eventbrite. I have Events Calendar Pro and eventbrite tickets plugin activated and authorised. I have configured Eventbrite Tickets to use eventbrite.co.uk – although I am not convinced I am needed to. But I have tried it both as co.uk and .com and it doesn’t work.

The events import fine and in WordPress the events have Yes ticked for ‘Display tickets on event page?’ and the tickets show under Associated Tickets – but on the web page there is no tickets show or link to tickets.

I have tried everything I can see on troubleshooting the issue but to no avail – any suggestions?

Apologies I have realised that the event was not public. It was on eventbrite as LIVE but not public, which I hadnt realised was different. Changing event page status on Eventbrite rather to Public than Private has sorted things.
