    Please help. We purchased this event addon to use with our free version of The Events Calendar yesterday and while making final theme changes to prettify it up we are told, “There is a new version of The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets available but your license key is expired. Visit the Events Calendar website to renew your license. You’ll need to renew your license in order to have access to updates, downloads, and support.”

    Obviously, I don’t want to carry on making changes when a new version is released but I’m not allowed to. What’s going on? As I said, we purchased this yesterday – $89 single site licence, and installed it as instructed. We see our day old 1 year licence in WordPress and are still getting the message above.

    Why are we being asked to renew a day old license..?

    Thanks for reaching out to us and I’m really sorry about this licensing issue.

    We are unfortunately unable to provide support through our Pre-Sales forum channel.

    I was trying to look up your account information based on your provided email address, but couldn’t find any user or purchases connected to that.

    Since you have an Eventbrite license, I would kindly like to ask you  to log into your account and get assistance through the premium forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.

    And you can also update the plugin manually. You can download it from here once you log in to your user account.
