I was trying to look up your account information based on your provided email address, but couldn’t find any user or purchases connected to that.
Since you have an Eventbrite license, I would kindly like to ask you to log into your account and get assistance through the premium forums. If you need to reset your password, you can do so here. This will send an email to the account used when you initially registered for the support forums.
And you can also update the plugin manually. You can download it from here once you log in to your user account.
