Eventbrite ticket not showing on event page

Hi, I can’t see the Eventbrite ticket showing on the event page.

I’m just building this website at the moment in a staging area and have created a dummy event in Eventbrite to test it out. I’ve set the event to be published but unlisted/private – maybe that is why it isn’t showing up?

Thanks so much for reaching out!

Yes, at this time, only public events in Eventbrite will show up on your site.  If you can re-test with a public event, you can get a better idea if things are working as expected.

Thanks, Jaime, that makes sense I guess, but it would be better if I could test things out first, rather than going straight to live without knowing if it will work.
