Eventbrite ticket block disappeared from event listing

The eventbrite ticket block was not displaying on our event which runs from 1st-3rd June. We noticed the ticket block had disappeared on 2nd June. In the CMS, the Eventbrite Event Status was draft, when changing to ‘live’ it would revert back to ‘draft’ each time the page was published. The event was live on Eventbrite.

The eventbrite ID for the event series (1st-3rd June) is 34278144854

However, to get the ticket block to show I have had to import each individual instance as a separate event:

34278151875- 3rd June 10.00
34278152878 – 3rd June 13.30

I wonder if because the event start date (1st) was in the past, the calendar no longer saw it as a live event and therefore did not displaying the tickets?
