    Hello-

    I have purchased the Events Pro and Eventbrite tickets add-on… and I’m not quite sure how information gets passed?

    I understand that once I create the event in eventbrite, and I import it into my calendar.

    But if I need to EDIT something…do I edit it in eventbrite and it’s updated on the calendar? Or update on the calendar and it’s sent to eventbrite?

    If I need to do edit certain things differently, please let me know that as well.

    Both should work! And the result should be the same.

    Just give it a try and let me know if something doesn’t work as expected,

    Hello-

    For example,

    I updated the description on the website, saved it, and checked eventbrite a few hours later and it was not updated.

    I DO know that changing live/not live on the website does modify the eventbrite.

    Those are a couple of the cases I’ve seen.

    Hey Michael,

    Sorry for the delay in my reply, we do not monitor the forums on weekends so Mondays are always busy!

    I’ve just setup EventBrite Tickets in my local WordPress site, synced an EB event and change description in WordPress: it changed after saving in the EventBrite page. Any special steps to reproduce? Can you try with a new test event?
