GuestHello. Does the Eventbrite plugin also require The Events Calendar Pro? And also, will this do recurring events? I know that the Pro version does recurring events and Eventbrite now also does recurring events. Saw a blurb on your site that stated that it wasn’t supported yet. Thanks!

MemberHi there Steve,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and also for you interest in our products 🙂
I’ll answer your questions and help you decide if EventBrite Tickets is the right plugin for your site.
Does the Eventbrite plugin also require The Events Calendar Pro?
No, Events Calendar PRO is not required to use EventBrite Tickets, although they play nice together!
Saw a blurb on your site that stated that it wasn’t supported yet
Yes, it’s exactly as you say! Last time I touched base with our devs about this feature I was inform this is due to a limitation on the EventBrite API.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,

GuestThanks for getting back to me. Seems that Eventbrite does have an option to set up multiple/recurring events now. Shows it here. Does this help?

MemberThanks for following up Steve!
Yes, we are aware of the feature in EventBrite, but last time I checked with out devs this is not yet fully implemented in their API (which we use to import events). I will make a ticket for them to explore if this is possible now as I’m seeing they have added a new end point to the API to get event series and maybe this makes it possible. Even if this is possible I don’t think it will be integrated any time soon, but maybe we can see this in the future 🙂

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
