Eventbrite Order Now

Hi there,

My order now button stopped working using regular web browsers about a week ago. I have upgraded to the latest version of the plug-ins flushed caches, tested multiple PCs with no luck. It does work on my mobile phone however.

How do I start diagnosing this problem?

More testing. I can get the ticketing to work on my computer in IE explorer but not in either Firefox or Chrome… I tried removing Eventbrite cookies but no difference.

Can you give a bit more information about the issue you’re experiencing? I just visited the link in your original message and clicked the “Order Now” button on the ticket box and was successfully taken to Eventbrite to purchase the tickets https://cloudup.com/cTDgW-aTzkN.

Can you describe what happens for you when you click that button?
