Eventbrite New Import stuck in loop at 1%

I’ve been trying to import an event from Eventbrite since this morning and it’s stuck at 1% with the following message:

“Your import is currently in progress. Don’t worry, you can safely navigate away–the import will continue in the background.”

There is also a little spinning circle next to the progress bar.

I have tried deactivating and reactivating the following plugins:

The Events Calendar
The Events Calendar PRO
The Events Calendar: Eventbrite Tickets

After, when I click on the import page it still shows the same message and spinning circle.

It’s strange as it worked for the first two events I imported this morning and then seemed to hang for the third one.

Please let me know if there is a fix or a work around for this as there doesn’t seem to be a way to stop the import process once it’s started.

Thanks so much for reaching out!

I’m sorry to hear that one of your Eventbrite imports is not working.

As a first step, could you please flush your transients using a plugin like Transients Manager, and then try re-importing the event?

Can you also provide me with the event that you are having issues with?
