GuestHello,
We are a membership based organization and we are currently using The Events Calendar for events on our site. Many of our Admin like eventbrite for it’s simplicity so we are thinking of purchasing this add on for our plugin. Since we are a member based organization and we provide member and non-member pricing for events, would the Eventbrite add-on allow communication beetween our wordpress databased and eventbrite to check if a user purchasing a ticket is a member in our database or not?
Thank you

MemberHi Jazz Miranda,
Thanks for getting in touch!
Great question. The Eventbrite Tickets add-on unfortunately does not share user information between WordPress and Eventbrite.com.
One thing you could do is customize the event temple so that tickets are only displayed if someone is logged into WordPress. Then, the only folks who see the tickets are ones who are registered on your site. However, the plugin will not communicate that information once someone has clicked over to Eventbrite to make the ticket purchase.
Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. 🙂
Cheers!

GuestI’m trying to determine if tooltips are malfunctioning, or if I need PRO to use. Do I need the PRO version in order for toolips (hover over event title in Month view and see a popup) to work?

MemberHi Jason,
You do not need Events Calendar PRO for this: though it adds many awesome features, the month view tooltips themselves are available even if you only use our free, core plugin (The Events Calendar).
If you have any further questions just let us know (and feel free to create a fresh pre-sales topic of your own).
Thanks!
