Hello, I just created a new event in Eventbrite the time is 9am to 12pm. I then pulled it over to WordPress and the import set the time as 9am to 9am.

Any help on this would be amazing, as it’s really effecting a number of events.

    Thanks!

    Hey 600lines,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

I apologize for any inconveniences you’re experiencing while using our plugins. Hopefully we can help get to the bottom of this issue quickly.

To test, I just imported an event from Eventbrite into my WordPress install and the time imported properly based on the Eventbrite times. A couple of quick suggestions that may help to get you pointed in the right direction:

    1. Check the timezone of the event and ensure that timezone for your WordPress install is correct within the settings > general tab of your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Have you tried following the Testing for Conflicts procedures to ensure there isn’t a conflict with an existing plugin or theme on the site?

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!
