    Our license key expired, so I renewed it and at the same time upgraded to v3.2. The EventBrite Ticket Plugin is activated, and I *do* see the ability to “Import: Eventbrite” under the “Event” dropdown menu, but I see no other Eventbrite functionality in the Add/Edit Event screen. Nor is the box that allows users to buy tickets showing up on the Event Pages anymore.
    Thanks for your help, this is a pretty time-sensitive issue for me, speedy help would be appreciated!

    Ok, so I downgraded both Event Calendar and EventBrite Ticket plugins to v3.1 and the ticket sales box is now displaying again on our publicly viewable event pages. So ticket sales are back up and running. But from what I can tell, there is still no options to modify ticket information from within WordPress (when I click on Edit/Add an event), it can only be done from within EventBrite.

    Hi learningalliance,

    I’m sorry you had to downgrade the plugins back down. But I have good news! We just pushed a hotfix for this problem. Please try downloading Eventbrite Tickets 3.2.1 and updating back to The Events Calendar 3.2. That should get everything running smoothly again. Of course, if you do still experience problems please let us know. Thank you for your patience while we got this hotfix made and tested!

    Thanks Kelly and team. The 3.2.1 hotfix seems to have solved the issue of the ticket purchasing box not displaying. I’ve upgraded back to 3.2 and 3.2.1 for the EventBrite plugin and all is well.
