Event Tickets WooCommerce Integration Details + Scheduled Start Date Details

Hi,

I’ve seen older versions of The Events Calendar Pro + Tickets plugins (about 6 months old) on a client’s website. Before I confirm she should go ahead and renew her license, I wanted to get some details.

1) Are the tickets searchable through the standard WooCommerce store search?
2) As for scheduled start dates on tickets, is there an option as it stands to hide them until they’re officially on sale (from the event details page itself)?
2A) If there isn’t an option in the plugin’s settings, do you guys add a css class or anything of the sort to only tickets that aren’t on sale yet which we can target with some javascript and hide manually?

Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

1. By default, the tickets don’t show on the front-end with the regular products in their loops. However, you could modify this to have them included in those loops.
2. When creating Tickets for an event, we have settings for “Start” and “End” sale dates that allow you to set the timeframe for when those tickets will be available for sale. If the current date doesn’t fall within that window, the tickets won’t display for that event.
