ParticipantHi there,
We just updated to Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus 4.7.5 and got a fatal PHP error that prevented the loading of some pages.
PHP Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function tribe_is_event() in /nas/content/live/ilaudubon/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/REST/V1/Headers/Base.php:95\nStack trace:\n#0 /nas/content/live/ilaudubon/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/common/src/Tribe/REST/Headers/Supported.php(39): Tribe__Tickets__REST__V1__Headers__Base->get_rest_url()\n#1 [internal function]: Tribe__REST__Headers__Supported->send_header(”)\n#2 /nas/content/live/ilaudubon/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/common/vendor/lucatume/di52/src/tad/DI52/closuresSupport.php(24): call_user_func_array(Array, Array)\n#3 [internal function]: {closure}(”)\n#4 /nas/content/live/ilaudubon/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(286): call_user_func_array(Object(Closure), Array)\n#5 /nas/content/live/ilaudubon/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php(310): WP_Hook->apply_filters(NULL, Array)\n#6 /nas/content/live/ilaudubon/wp-includes/plugin.php(453): WP_Hook->do_action(Array)\n#7 /nas/content/live/ilaudubon/wp-includes/template-loader.php(12): do_action(‘template_redire…’)\n#8 in /nas/content/live/ilaudubon/wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/Tribe/REST/V1/Headers/Base.php on line 95
It looks as though the function definition for tribe_is_event was removed from Event Tickets, but is needed in the event that the site is not using The Events Calendar (that is our situation – we DO NOT need or use The Events Calendar on this site).
When I installed The Events Calendar, the error did not happen. But, we don’t need that, so I removed it and just rolled Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus back to their last versions, and the error is no longer there.
Hoping that helps in fixing this bug! Note that system information from below is AFTER the rollback to the last version of Event Tickets and Event Tickets Pro.
Thanks much!

MemberHi Heather!
Thanks so much for taking the time to report this.
Unfortunately, that is an issue introduced in our latest Event Tickets 4.7.5 release.
The good news is we have been able to isolate the bug and we’ve just shipped a fix in Event Tickets 4.7.5.1
We apologize for the inconvenience and we appreciate your help and patience.
Please update the plugin and let us know if the fix works for your site.
Best,
