ParticipantI have The Events Calendar (4.4.4), Event Tickets (4.4.4) and Event Tickets Plus (4.4.3).
Up until a few days ago everything was set up and working perfectly. Then for some reason the section on the events page where people purchase tickets has just disappeared. There is still a price showing at the top, but no where to purchase the tickets. I have tried checking all the plugin settings, updated all plugins to the latest versions, tried switching to TwentySixteen and deactivating all other plugins but the issue still remains. I believe WordPress may have done an update recently – any idea what may be causing this, and how I can (urgently) get it back!!?

I’m so sorry to see you’re having this issue! I looked at the page and the odd thing is that the ticket’s container is there (in the code) but something is causing it to be just 1 pixel tall, so it looks like it’s not there at all.
I’ll investigate on my end and get back to you asap! Have a great rest of your day! ?

ParticipantIt appears that we’ve figured it out – apparently the ticket needed a “Start Sale” and “End Sale” date, and without it it was not showing at all. The help text under that section in the ticket set up says:
When will ticket sales occur? If you don’t set a start/end date for sales, tickets will be available from now until the event ends.
So we’d left it empty, but something must have changed requiring that to now be filled out.
We have managed to get the tickets showing again, but perhaps worth updating the help text if it is now required?

Glad to see you got it resolved!
What you’re describing isn’t the intended behavior and I’m not aware of any changes that would require those fields to be filled out. If you’d like to troubleshoot further perhaps you could send a screenshot of your tickets settings. If there’s a bug somewhere on our end I’d love to find that out and get it fixed.
