Event Tickets Pro question –

I am currently using The Events Calendar and the free version of Event Tickets.
Thinking of getting the Event Tickets Pro plugin, but wanted to clarify a few things first.
We want to sell tickets for an event, and ensure that if the person buys 5 tickets that they complete fields with the name of each ticket recipient. We would also like to add a few additional fields to the checkout process for this Event type – does your plugin handle this natively? Or would we be need to use existing WooCommerce hooks to enable this kind of functionality within the checkout section?

Hey Adrian,

Good question! I really wish I could say that you could collect the information for multiple people in a single purchase, but I’m afraid that’s not the case. At the moment, the plugin will only collect information from the person purchasing those tickets.

We have started working on that feature, though, and plan to have it in a future release. I don’t have a target date for it, but if you add your vote to the link above then you will be notified when it ships. It’s been a long-time-a-comin’ and we’re really excited to finally be working on it.
