Thanks so much for your patience.
My awesome colleague George took a look at what were able to here, but unfortunately a full-on PHP-based solution is not something we’ve arrived at yet.

But I wanted to share a solution that should work pretty well. It’s a bit of a “hack,” a “trick,” but it results in the title saying “Events” on the single-event pages on your site.

Try copying this entire code snippet, and then paste it into your theme’s functions.php file → https://git.io/vVOAs

That should do the trick. As evidence of this, here’s a screenshot of your single-event page before that snippet is added: https://cloudup.com/cTQRQNHQRoQ.

I hope this helps! If it doesn’t I guess we’ll have to call it a day in spite of our best efforts 🙁
