    Greetings,

    We have a staging site we are working on and there may be a possibility we missed a step in configuring the Events Ticket Plus plugin.

    To summarize: We tested the free versions of The Events Calendar and Events Tickets plugins for a few weeks prior to purchasing the Pro versions. During our trial period we were able to configure and see the RSVP option for users to utilize on the front/public-facing side of our site.

    Since adding the Pro/Plus versions of the Events Calendar & Event Tickets plugins, the option to purchase tickets and add them to a Cart, or respond via RSVP, are not visible or available on the front facing side.

    We have turned off all plugins to check for a conflict, as well as activating the default Twenty Fourteen theme, but that has not made a difference. Everything else works just great, except for the aforementioned. All that is visible on the front, is text indicating FREE (for RSVP), or numbers, showing the actual cost of the items, which are not showing an Add to Cart option.

    Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the issues you are having. I can help troubleshoot this with you.

    Thanks for the screen share that helped.

    I noticed you set the Ticket Start Date to May 1st.

    Since today is January 19th it will not show the Add to Cart Form as the date is out of range.

    If you would like to show the ticket form now that date must be either January 19th or before to enable it.

    Upon further reflection, after a decent night’s sleep, your suggestion makes perfect sense. (It is probably wise not to attempt website updates at 1am in the morning). 🙂

    Unfortunately, even adjusting the date has not rectified the issue. Is there anything else you could recommend?

    Ok, I visited your site and do not see an event on the 4th of June like you had in the video, is it at some other time?

    Can you please provide a link to the event that is not showing tickets.

    Great. I believe the issue is solved. RSVP & Cart options I now know are date-specific. Basically you cannot leave the date field for WooCommerce or RSVP tickets blank, or have dates posted for them ahead of the current date.

    Appreciate your time taken in helping resolve this. Now to dig into Woocommerce and see how it can interact fully with your plugins.
