    Hi there,
    We are using the following: Event Tickets Plus with WooCommerce and WooCommerce Members. I have 1 (hopefully) easy questions;

    1 – Taxes – Taxes are set up in WooCommerce for the physical products and memberships, but I can’t seem to get the event tickets to pick up taxes and charge the customer.

    2 – Membership – We are using WooCommerce Membership as well, so when someone buys a product they automatically receive a basic level membership. I would love to be able to do the same for the event tickets. When a customer buys a ticket to one of our events, they are automatically assigned the basic membership level. (I think I can force them to join first – and then buy a ticket, but I would love it if buying the ticket gave them the membership) Is this possible?

    Ooops – belay that request for taxes, I think I got it. But question #2 is still haunting me…

    Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!

    Phew, I was starting to sweat a bit when I read your first question. Glad you got it figured. 🙂 Nonetheless, here’s an article that might give you extra info: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/woocommerce-and-vat-taxes/

    I will need to check with the team if that would be possible out of the box.

    I can think of one way but needs to be tested. If the tickets are sold as WooCommerce products (instead of tickets for events) that might help. Don’t worry, you will not have extra work and you don’t need to set up extra products. When a ticket is created, then it automatically creates a WooCommerce product for it.
