    My client is using Event Tickets Plus with two payment methods, by Check, and by Credit Card. She recently received an order with a “by check” payment, and now the customer would like to pay with a credit card. Is there anyway to edit that order, changed the payment method and add the credit card payment? I believe the order is in “On Hold” status. Thanks for any information,

    Hi there,

    Thanks for emailing support. The only way to do this would be to cancel the order and then have the customer purchase with the new payment method.
