ParticipantWe have purchased and have been running Event Pro and just added Event Tickets Plus. The installation showed successful and it shows up in my Plug-ins. I have activated it with no issue. But when I go into the Events Settings and under Licences I only see Event Calendar Pro and our Licence. I do not see the Event Tickets Plus licence field. Also when I go to create an event the Tickets area is not showing up. We need this running today if possible. Please adivse. Here are things I have tired.
I tried deactivating and re-activating Event Tickets Plus. I also tried de-activating and re-downloading the Event Tickets Plus plug-in and Installed and re-activated it again. I have re-freshed my browswer.
Please advise.

MemberHi George,
Sorry for the trouble here! Would you be willing to head to Events > Settings > Help, copy the system information at the bottom of the screen and paste it here for me as a private reply?
That will give me an overview of what’s installed so I can check to make sure everything is in there correctly.
Thanks a ton!

MemberThanks, George!
The one thing that looks missing is Event Tickets:
Will you please install and activate that plugin and let me know if it makes a difference in your settings? I know it can be confusing, but Event Tickets Plus requires that Event Tickets also is installed in order to function correctly.
Thanks!

ParticipantI have an additional question. Looking at the screen shots from the Ticket Plus is linking to EventBright? We wish to avoid the EventBright charges for our members. I also see that the plug-in may use WooCommerce. So I am confused. Will this plugin take the members to PayPal to complete the transaction? We use PayPal for our website membership dues so we are already integrated with PayPal. Please let me know. If not then we really do not need this plug-in and will simply link to EventBright.com for our banquet.

ParticipantGeorge, That resolved the issue of the Tickets not showing up in the Events and I was able to add the licensing information. Now I need to be able to accept the payment via Credit or Debit card. We can work with PayPal. How do I turn that on?

MemberHi George,
So glad tickets are now showing up! That’s awesome news.
Just to clarify, Event Tickets Plus is not linked with Eventbrite. Instead, it connects to an ecommerce plugin (like WooCommerce), which you can then use to accept PayPal payments. Here is more information on all of the ecommerce plugins Event Tickets Plus is compatible with and tips for configuring the settings for each one:

Cheers!

ParticipantGeorge, I posted this before but we would like to get a refund for Event Tickets as it did not meet expectations and we have decided that since we would need to use EventBright to have members pay for tickets there was no value in using this product. We will continue to use Event Calendar Pro. Please provide a credit to the credit card purchase and let me know when it is done.

MemberHi there,
Sure thing! I have submitted a refund for Order #1151655 and the funds should be back in your account within 5-10 business days.
Thanks for continuing to use Events Calendar PRO. If you are interested in further integrating with Eventbrite, then you might be interested in our Eventbrite Tickets add-on instead of Event Tickets Plus. Eventbrite Tickets will sync your events between The Events Calendar and Eventbrite.com and allow you to display your Eventbrite tickets on your site.
Cheers!

KeymasterHey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.
Thanks so much!
