Event Tickets Plus compatible with WooCommerce Memberships?

My client would like to use Event Tickets Plus, and each time a user registers for an event, add them to an additional membership group (e.g. Spring 2016 attendee, Winter 2016 attendee, etc.). Is Event Tickets Plus compatible with WooCommerce Memberships?

They would also like attendees for each event added to their MailChimp email list. Is that part of the checkout process for event registrations?
