Event Tickets Plus Compability

Hello,

I am having an issue that I have isolated to Event Tickets Plus. I am using the Zerif child theme, Oneway, and the widgets will not work on the front page with ETP installed. Everything works fine with regular Event Tickets but “plus” causes issues. I’ve noticed that deactivating ETP or Woocommerce resolves the issue. In working with the theme creators, they insist the theme is fully compatible with Woo so the issue must be with the ETP plugin. The widgets simply disappear as soon as ETP is activated. This only affects the desktop, not mobile. Any direction would be appreciated.

Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?

In the meantime, I’d recommend taking a look at your stylesheets and page templates and see if altering these settings helps you to achieve the results that you are looking for:
