Event tickets plus – capacity – available calculation wrong

I use Woocommerce 3.3.1, Event Tickets 4.6.3 and Event Tickets Plus 4.6.2 and Theme Avada Version 5.4.2

When i ordered a ticket, the event tickets plus make a wrong calculation. Example: I odered one ticket and the system counts two tickets! Screenshots attached! Have you got any idea to fix the problem?

The Problem is the Plugin WooCommerce Germanized Version 1.9.8. I have deactived the Plugin and it works. Not a good workaround, but it works!

Hi Thorsten,

I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue…either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads is actually required in order to be able to use Event Tickets Plus. Just to confirm, were you able to get it working with either one of these plugins?
