    Hello,

    A couple days ago, we updated The Events Calendar Pro and the Events Tickets plugins.

    Regrettably, the functionality on our site for RSVPs seems to have gone awry. For example, when you go to RSVP for an event next week (e.g., https://www.balsillieschool.ca/event/middle-powers-un-niche-agency-no-agency/) and hit the + button, the name and email don’t pop out below. If you hit “Confirm RSVP” you get a warning about the name and email – but have no opportunity to add it.

    Any thought on why this is occuring?

    p.s. This is for the Events Tickets plugin – not Events Tickets Plus.

    This issue seems resolved. Not sure how – but the RSVPs are working again.

    Hi Jacob,

    I’m sorry for the delayed response, our forums have been busier than usual here lately! I’m glad you were able to get this resolved though. I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but if you run into any further issues, please don’t hesitate to open up a new one!
