After waiting for Modern Tribe upgrade for Event Tickets 4.4.5 I upgraded Event Calendar, Event Calendar PRO, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus all to the latest versions. All appear to work fine in all my configurations. However, as soon as I activate WooCommerce 3.01 all Modern Tribe plugins report HTTP Error 500 and all my interactive pages on my site fail to load. Before I updated all plugins and had WooCommerce 2.4x when I activated it the Event Calendar failed to load my events and display them.

Now all Modern Tribe plugins fail to function when WooCommerce 3.01 is activated. I had to go to WP-Admin on server and delete all indices for all plugins to recover and reactivate working plugins.

Also – is Tribe Admin Helper: Temporary Fix v1.0 plugin still required?

    Please advise.

    Hi there Gary,

Thanks for getting in touch and sorry for the delay in my replay! I personally did some of the testing between Event Tickets Plus 4.4.5 and WooCommerce 3.x, so I’m really curious about the issue you are getting.

First of all it would be really useful if you could set up a staging / dev site to run some tests (maybe you already have one?).

Also – is Tribe Admin Helper: Temporary Fix v1.0 plugin still required?

It shouldn’t be necessary, Was it given to you for an specific issue in the past? Reviewing your past exchanges with our support team I couldn’t find if this was suggested for an specific reason.

First thing to try is to disable the ‘Tribe Admin Helper’ plugin. Then update all plugins to latest versions (without updating Woo) and see if everything works until that point. Once that’s done then upgrade Woo to latest (3.0.2 now) and check if the fatal still occurs (maybe it was the Helper plugin causing it). If you still see that error, then please enable error display in the site or check the PHP error logs to see if a description of the error can be found in there.

Please let me know how this goes,
    Best,
    Nico
