In Event Ticket, is it possible to have an email sent to me also? I know the attendee receives an email with the ticket information but I would also like to receive and email with the same information. Also, is it possible to add additional fields?

Thanks for the interest in our plugins.
Right now the Tickets email is only sent to the person who signs up.
There is not feature to send it anywhere else.
It could be possible with a customization, but that is beyond the support we can provide.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
