    Is there a way to include our event ticket refund policy in the email that customers get when they purchase tickets?

    We have events that customers miss attending for various reasons and then try to request a refund up to 3 months after the fact. I’d like to include our boilerplate refund policy as part of the ticket confirmation email to clean this up a little bit>

    Thanks for reaching out. I’d be happy to help with your question.

    To customize the email that is sent out, you can copy the email template into your child theme and make modifications as needed. To do this make a copy of event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php and place that copy in [your-theme]/tribe-events/tickets/email.php
