ParticipantHi there.
I have got through a lot of the settings to make sure and it appears this is just for Sensei courses. When I set courses as a post type that can create the tickets and then make a ticket and go through all the steps, the ticket does not show up for the end user. If I try this on other content types it works, but just not with the Sensei courses. Is this something that can either be fixed on my end or is it something that can be changed? It gives the option when choosing which content to allow events to be made on, but for some reason nothing happens when viewing the course after.
Thank you.

ParticipantHey Jeremy,
I’m sorry to hear about these issues. We’ve had bugs with the Sensei plugin in the past, and so my hunch is that another bug is occurring here.
To help investigate that, can you post your site’s complete System Information to this thread? Here’s how to do that ? https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
Thank you!

ParticipantI’ve worked out a second way to achieve what I am looking for, but have run into an issue as well on this front. Is there a way to include the ticketing information in the shortcode for the event list. I’m looking at showing if an event is sold out, how many tickets are available if not, and what the cost is. Ideally I would be able to include the actual purchasing process within the shortcode, but I can get by with just if the tickets are sold out or not and how many tickets are available out of how many.
I’m willing to edit any of the files (or try to) to get this to work; I just am looking for what to put where if it isn’t already in the shortcodes.
Thank you

ParticipantHey Jeremy,
Thanks for your update here. I’m glad to hear that you found a workaround. While I have not confirmed if there is a bug with Sensei again here, for the time being I will write you a code snippet to add that ticket information to the [tribe_events_list] shortcode.
This will take me a bit of time, so sit tight—I’ll post the snippet soon! Just wanted to give you an update here given the long wait since my last reply over the weekend and such.
Stay tuned!
