    I don’t really see the point in closing unresolved tickets since we are designated to start new ones which clutter the inbox, but hey thats just me.

    Any news on this big bug?

    Hey Tony,

    I’m sorry for the issue here with the closing of the tickets. Since this is a known bug, we’ve got it logged in our system with the highest priority to get it addressed as quickly as possible. Even though the other ticket is closed, you will be notified in those threads as we make progress on addressing this one.

    It’s been a bug since the release (I’m also waiting). Maybe you should remove the option from the Tickets settings page and just implement the functionality when it’s ready?

    Hey Sean,

    Thanks for following up on this one. That definitely sounds like a legitimate note.

    The feature has worked in previous releases and I believe a decision to limit some of the custom post types was what caused the current issues. We are working to address this one and you’ll also be notified here as we make progress on releasing an update here.
