    I am trying to add my first paid event. I watched the video and followed the steps exactly. I save the ticket on the event page, then click “update” the event, but no ticket sale option comes up. Here is the link to the event I’m working on:

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

    Secondly, could you please provide me with a screenshot of the details of your ticket (as found when you click on “Edit ticket” under the “Edit Event” screen) ?
