    hi we are thinking about using events ticket plus
    one question – members have a discount off some classes and others for free. I was thinking of using wooo commerce memberships but would it work as an option in event ticket plus?

    actually it is subscriptions that we will be using – is it compatible with event ticket plus?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The short answer is that Event Tickets Plus actually hands over all of the transactional aspect of things to WooCommerce.

    As such, tickets are really simple virtual products.

    The good news is that this means that there should not be any compatibility issues between WooCommerce subscriptions and Event Tickets Plus.

    However, your need (provide different prices based on the Groups a user is part of) should be easy to handle via a third-party WooCommerce plugin (e.g.: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-group-pricing/6806416)

    This works because WooCommerce subscriptions works with the Groups plugin and lets you decide which group(s) any subscription holder is a part of.

    can you tell me the advantages of using groups and not memberships?

    HI Thank you that plugin works a treat. Definitely a better choice.

    I have another problem – I am using woocommerce smart coupon for the groups and events tickets (not the pro) has a problem with it. i have disabled all the plugins and worked one by one and different combination but it is definitely the events tickets that is causing the problem. i have attached images
