We currently use Event Tickets which is being replaced by Event Ticket Plus.
As such, I’ve 2 questions:
1) If I have an active licence for Event Tickets, does this mean I can upgrade/switch to Event Ticket Plus with no extra costs?
2) Can you collect Attendee information for tickets sold? For example, if I sell 3 tickets, I’d like to add a name/email/phone against each ticket – in case we need to contact them etc
