    Hi, please can you give an update if the issue of the auto ticket send with event tickets and event tickets plus has been resolved. I was in touch previously and Events Calendar admitted that there was a problem (I went through all the tests and suggestions and nothing worked until they told me that they were awaiting a fix for this) I think I forwarded that around February this year. I’ve had to revert back to older backed up versions on the plugin as any updates previously threw the entire ticket system off and it failed to work on a few other levels.

    Kindly inform me if this has been resolved and the steps from here that I should take in order to implement the resolutions.
    Much appreciated and also anticipated for a while now.

    I would love to help you with this topic.

    The short answer is that the built-in functionality to auto-complete WooCommerce orders still does not work for everybody.

    The good news is that you can use or tweak the following snippet to achieve that in the meantime: https://docs.woothemes.com/document/automatically-complete-orders/

    A word of caution though, this makes ALL WooCommerce orders autocomplete. If you don’t want that you will need to add a conditional in the snippet.

    That being said, from our previous interactions with you, I still highly recommend either making a complete backup or using a testing site prior to plugin updates to avoid such unpleasant experiences.

    I am sorry to hear about the slight issues you are still experiencing with the ticket plugins.
    As stated before, if you choose to use older versions of the plugins, I would recommend getting matching versions (e.g.: 4.1)

    Good evening Sabatha,

    Just a quick follow-up to let you know that since our latest maintenance release (4.2.3), the Try to set the status of new ticket orders to “complete” automatically should now work as expected with successful online payments under Events -> Settings -> Tickets.

    If this is still something you are interested in, you might want to give it a shot.
