    I have multiple products for sale for an upcoming event that peop[le need the tickets to claim. All products are the same price. When the customer needs to change the quantity of the items (switch them around 5-7 instead of 7-5) the tickets do not regenerate. How can I force new tickets to be made without refunding and starting a new order?

    Thanks for contacting us – though I’m sorry to hear you’ve hit up against a bug 🙁

    I can see the same issue and have filed a bug report: we’ll do our best to roll out a fix in a future release and will of course post an update here once we have some news to share.
