    Hello support

After submitting a community event the success message “Event submitted” is shown. The word “submitted” is not translated to the language I use for the plugin.

I’ve checked the .po/.mo files but that string doesn’t appear there.

Where can I translate that word?

    Hey,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

You can submit updated translations for the plugins at http://translations.theeventscalendar.com. You can find out more information about the process of submitting translations here.

Let me know if this helps.

    Thanks!

    Hi Josh

Thanks for your response, but the info provided doesn’t really help me.

As I mentioned the word “submitted” that appears as part of the confirmation message “Event submitted” is not translated, and the problem is that this string is not found in the .pot/.po/.mo file. It might be hard-coded somewhere in a .php file, but I don’t know in which one.

Do you know where I can find this string?

    Kind regards,

    Rafael

    Hello Rafael,

The string should be located here. Is that not available in the language files you have?

    Thanks!
    Geoff
