Event Submission Landing Page Not Working

When someone submits an event. There is no message indicating that the submission is going well or worked at all. It just takes the user to a blank page and sits there. To the user, it feels like the page is hanging, but it’s not. It’s just a fully loaded blank page.

Also, when you are trying to enter date and time info for a new event, the drop downs are not big enough and obscure the numbers you are trying to select. This makes it impossible for users to enter a correct date and time. It’s very frustrating for them.

Any kind of help with these two issues would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear you’re having difficulties, mcmainstreetassociation.

It looks like you indicated having tested with no other plugins but our own running – but haven’t yet had an opportunity to switch to a default theme: is that something you could try? This would potentially confirm if the problem is a theme conflict.

I also wonder if instead/in addition to that, you could turn on WP_DEBUG and see if any error messages show up after submitted a new event?
