    Hello dear support team!
    We have a lot of events starting at 00:00 o’clock. Problem here: those events – starting the same day (today) at 00:00 pm, are marked as ended. 🙁
    Where shall I beginn to fix this? WPsettings, data feed, tribe settings?

    I’m sorry to hear about this issue, let’s try to fix this.

    How es the event start and end date and time set up?

    Could you send me a screenshot of that data from the edit event screen?

    Hi Benedikt,

    Thanks for the screenshot.

    I see the event is set up to start on August 17th, Friday at 00:00. That is the start of the day, the very first moment, it’s the “morning” so to say.

    If the event takes place Friday “evening”, at midnight after Friday has passed, then you will either need to set up the event to start at Aug 17th, 23:59 (as that is still Friday evening), or Aug 18th, 00:00 (as that is already Saturday morning).

    Does this explain? Is this the situation?

    Well fix this by changing the start time to 23:59 h.
