Event Sorting using Enfold Theme

Hi!

I ve just installed your last plugin update but using the “magazine” home page content item of the Enfold theme (http://www.kriesi.at/themedemo/?theme=enfold) the order of the the events is not sorted!

Is there any idea to fix it?

Can you provide a link to a screenshot of the homepage in a private reply and let me know what section it is.

Hello Bryan and sorry for the delay. You can browse the http://www.elamazi.gr/home-page-test/ testing home page where you can see that the EVENT section the order is not correct! For example you can see that the first listed event will occur on 27th of September (the event here ) instead of todays’ event!

Ideally, we should have all active events starting from today, ascending…

Is that clear?

Hi,

I took a look again at your site and we are talking about this area, correct?

If so I looked at the coding and that is provided from your theme with the Magazine Slideshow Widget.

It looks like it orders by publish date so it would not respect the Event Date Order.

I do not have anything to fix this unfortunately and cannot troubleshoot 3rd party coding.

Can you instead try using our Event List Widget or Shortcode for it here instead?

That way you could get the correct order of events.
