Event – Slug Permalink

How do I change the permalink / slug for a created event.

e.g

created event named:
world event
slug permalink is set to world-event
so my event links is /event/world-event

create another event named:
world event which is on a different date
slug permalink is set to world-event2
so my event links is /event/world-event2 (Not good)

on normal wp posts you can edit the permalink there is no option to do this on posts and if you change the title
the permalink does not change accordinlgy

How can this be done?

Also is there a way to add the event date to the slug url ?

Hi Colin,

I can help out here.

For the events they work like posts and it is possible to change the slug.

If you are in the event list and do a quick edit of a single event you can change the slug there.

If you are editing a single event if you click edit next to the url under the title you can edit the slug there.
