Event Registration Website Questions

I’m looking at building a website for a client that has a niche in event registrations. They want to be able to allow multiple people to register for an event at one time. Perhaps the best example would be a group of five guys are going to go to a conference. They want their secretary to register them all at once. They also want to be able to accept payment through Stripe.

So the question is, what pieces would I need from you guys? What should I look at purchasing to make this happen?

It is one of our most requested features, but I cannot guarantee a timeline.

If you have a moment, we’d love for you to submit your idea to our UserVoice forum. We take user ideas and contributions very seriously, and many times their ideas end up in our future releases.

OK, so aside from the multiple registrations, what pieces will I need to set-up a registration scenario where people register for an event & pay using Stripe?

Sorry for the delay! Our notification switch didn’t flip.

If you are ok with no ‘multi user’ registration, any of our ticketing plugins will work well. WooCommerce Tickets is by far our most popular solution, and it works well with the popular WooCommerce e-commerce solution.

Besides that premium plugin, you will need the WooCommerce extension for Stripe payment gateways.

Succinct answer, to get started (if I understand the problem) you’ll need these 4 plugins:

• The Events Calendar (Free)
• WooCommerce Tickets (Premium)
• WooCommerce (Free)
• WooCommerce Stripe (Premium)
