ParticipantI am having an issue with Events Calendar PRO.
When I want to change an event the page/tab window breaks.
It causes extreme long loading and eventually the page stops working.I have updated the plugin to the latest version and WordPress has the latest update installed.
I also disabled all plugins, used twenty fifteen to test any conflicts with other plugins or the theme.
I even migrated the website to a new server with PHP 7.1 to check if old version of PHP was causing the issue.
Even on the new server the issue is still there.Any help is appreciated.
Kind Regards,

MemberHi, Michael. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
How many events do you have and in what statuses (a screenshot would work)?
Please also enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

ParticipantHi Cliff,
Thanks for your reply.
I have found the issue.
The edit event page has the date exclusion for recurring events.
My guess is that for every exclusion the calendar JS is called. Because for each exclusion the loadtime goes up a lot.
Some of my events have 30 date exclusions and the page takes minutes before it’s finished loading.I would really appreciate it if you take a look at this because it makes the plugin almost unusable for me.
I figured this out because an event without date exclusions had regular loading time. So I checked what the difference was.
This was no issue in the past, did something about the date exclusions change in the past few updates?
Thanks in advance.

MemberI tried to replicate this (video: https://cl.ly/2o3M2y3h3d2G) but could not.
Please let me know your feedback on my testing. If it maybe wasn’t sufficient (not enough exclusions or something else), please provide thorough testing/replication details.
However, I’d first recommend seeing if you experience the same when using a WordPress default theme like Twenty Fifteen, Twenty Sixteen, Twenty Seventeen, etc. and with all non-Modern Tribe plugins deactivated.
