    Serious bug:
    The ticket totals available on the event page are wrong! Pending and/or cancelled ticket orders are being deducted. The Woocommerce inventory numbers are correct and the All Events page is correct. The Event page itself is pulling the wrong data.
    Our example:
    We have a cancelled order for 2 tickets and pending (payment not completed) for 2 tickets.
    Total tickets for this event = 100
    All events page shows 60 tickets available which is correct.
    Event page shows 56 tickets remaining which is incorrect.

    Cancelled and Pending Payment orders show up in the Attendees list. When I delete the attendee the number of tickets available on the event page updates to the correct count. However, this action increases the Woocommerce stock of tickets (although the order did not decrement the stock count). This results in an incorrect count of available tickets on the All Events page and an incorrect stock value in the Woocommerce product page.
    So, for Cancelled and Pending Payment orders I have to delete the attendee in the Event’s attendee list, then reverse the resulting incremental change made in Woocommerce’s Product count.

    Fixed with a change to Woocommerce Support settings (answered by Jennifer on my other post).
    Thank you to Jennifer for the quick and insightful response.
    The solution is to toggle off attendee record generation with a status of Pending payment: Events > Settings > Tickets
