Event page is only showing one ticket for purchase.

I am using WooCommerce Tickets on a basic WordPress site. Really straightforward design (I didn’t build it personally). The site is for a pottery studio and we are selling tickets through the Calendar.

We installed WooTickets, which is working just fine apart from one thing…

For an event, we have multiple tickets, each a different price. However, when the page is published, the page only allows one ticket to be purchased. How can we change it so that the user can purchase any new ticket we create?

Hi Debora. Sorry you’re experiencing this issue. Thanks for the link to view it myself!

At that page, I see the event’s price is a RANGE from $20 to $32. If you had only entered 1 ticket, it would just say 1 price.

I understand the issue is at the bottom of that page, where only the $32 ticket is available for purchase.

 

Would be able to send me a screenshot of this event’s WooTickets settings in wp-admin, especially of the $20 ticket’s settings?

Also, did you add these 2 tickets via the Event wp-admin editing screen or via WooCommerce directly? If added via the Event wp-admin editing screen, did you then edit anything about this WooCommerce Product in the WooCommerce Product editing screen?

All ticket editing was done in the event page, and nothing done in woocommerce settings, etc. Is there something I need to change in WooCommerce to fix this?

Thanks for the screenshots. Your screenshots show “don’t sell the $20 or $22 tickets until 8 AM today, October 6.”

I visited http://westchesterputnampottery.com/calendar/halloween-mania/ and all 3 ticket options appear now.
