ParticipantHello, after upgrading to Event Tickets PRO, the event organizer is not showing up at all on any of my event pages.
E.G. https://schoolhausculinaryarts.ca/event/wine-and-iconic-foods-of-north-america/
(Organizer has been changed to “Instructor” in the functions.php file)

I would love to help you with this.
That is certainly strange. I wonder what would happen if you tried editing the event and temporarily changing the Organizer to a different one, then hitting Update. Does it show up once you refresh the event page? If not, would you mind temporarily switching themes to one of the default Twenty Somethinteen ones, and again refreshing the page. Does the organizer show up? Feel free to switch back to your current theme when you’ve tried this test.

I tried to change the instructor and it still did not show up. I also reverted back to the 2015 theme and it still did not show up.

Thanks for giving that a whirl. Very strange. Let me try some testing and get back to you tomorrow. I think that issue might be related to something 3 other users have seen, a very rare issue with organizers triggering a PHP error.

ParticipantSo the other issue was definitely unrelated. I was hoping to avoid a full conflict test if possible but I am truly stumped on this, and it’s the logical next step. This guide walks you through how to test for a conflict not only with the theme, but also the plugins. The guide does specifically mention to try switching themes and turning plugins off at the same time, which I think will be key here. Would you mind switching to Twenty Fourteen this time if it’s available on your site?

ParticipantHi Brook, I have just updated to the latest version of Event Tickets Plus and it seems to have fixed this issue.
