Is there a way to insert the event organizer featured image into a single image view?

I’m not sure I understand what you are trying to do. Are you looking to add the organizer’s featured image to the single event view? If so, that would be possible with some customization, which is something we can’t help you with other than to point you to the Themer’s Guide (https://theeventscalendar.com/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/) and Documentation (http://docs.tri.be/). I don’t know how comfortable you are with digging into the code.
